STEP 6
Now I am going to duplicate my layer by pressing ctrl+J/cmd+J. This will make my line darker. Now go to edit>free transform or simply press ctrl+T/cmd+T to activate free transform. Press and hold alt/opt and decrease the height of the line as shown below. Just make it little smaller than the original one. Press enter/return once you completed this step.
