Now lets add some details to her hair and eyes.To do this first press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+E/Cmd+Alt+Opt+E for stamp visible. Now go to Filter>Other>High Pass. Set the radius as 10 pixels. Press OK.

Now change the blend mode to Overlay. Go to Layer>Layer Mask> Hide All. Now grab Brush Tool from the tool panel or you can press Shift+B again and again until it comes. Change the foreground color to white and increase the opacity of the brush to 100%. Start applying on her hair, eyes, nose and lips. Your image should look like this.
