STEP 3
Grab spot healing brush tool from the tool panel or you can press Shift+J again and again until it comes. Decrease your brush size to 35 pixels and hardness to 0% and apply the brush on the acne etc. I have written a whole tutorial on Removal of Blemishes where I explained everything nicely.
