Time to add solid color to our image. Retro images are having more amount of Magenta. So to add magenta go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Solid Color. Change the color code to #ff00ff. Press OK.
Change the blend mode of “Solid Color Adjustment Layer” to Soft Light and reduce the opacity to 27%.
