STEP 2
Once again create new curves adjustment layer. Go to Layer>New Adjustment layer>Curves. Change your color to Blue. Adjust your curve in such a way such that it looks like the one shown below. As you might have noticed that I have lifted up the curve at the bottom left curve to the one third of the area. This will increase blue color in shadow region. By pulling down curve at the top right corner we are decreasing the blue color in highlight area.
