STEP 6
Make black as your foreground color by pressing D. Press Alt+Backspace/Opt+Delete to fill the selection with the foreground color i.e. Black color. After that, change the Blend mode to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 87%. Deselect the selection by pressing Ctrl+D/Cmd+D.
