STEP 4

Now we are going to add vignette effect. Create a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N/Cmd+Shift+N. Grab the Elliptical Marquee Tool from the tool panel. Draw an ellipse as shown below.

Invert the selection by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I.
