STEP 8
Now that we have created the basic structure of RSS icon. I am going to add final touch to this icon. To add basic features press F7 for the layers palette. Right click on the ellipse layer and select rasterize layer. Rasterizing a layer basically convert a vector to normal layer. Do the same thing with the other vector also.
