Now grab Dodge Tool from the tool panel or you can press Shift+O again and again until it comes. Dodge tool basically lightens the part where we apply it. So I am going to apply Dodge tool to the area which is having some highlights. You can take below image as reference. The areas which is embedded with “here” text are the areas where I am going to apply Dodge tool. You can simply make a conclusion that the area which is embedded with “here” text are the areas with some highlights.
In the option bar (top panel), Reduce the opacity between 15-20% and change range to Highlights.
Now paint over the highlights. If you think that the highlights has been over lighten then you can decrease the opacity slider of “Dodge and Burn” layer. Your image should look like this.
