Now go to filter>noise>add noise.

 Now change the distribution to “Gaussian” and turn on “monochromatic”. By turning on monochromatic the noise will switch to black and white color rather than being colored. Set the amount to 20%. You can always increase or decrease the amount in future by decreasing the opacity and by duplicating the noise layer respectively.

 After pressing OK your image should look like this.
