STEP 11
Now I am going to apply layer mask to my noise layer i.e. layer 1. First activate layer 1 and then click on add layer mask.
Make sure that your foreground color is black. Press B for the brush tool. Decrease the brush opacity to 30-50% from the top panel. Now apply to the area that is shown below. Note that for demonstration I have selected red color. You have to work with black color.
