STEP 9
Now rename “ellipse 1” as “circle”, “ellipse 2” as “big” and ellipse 3” as “small”.
Now activate your “small” by clicking on that. Go to filter>blur>gaussian blur.
Photoshop will ask you a question on converting image to “raster image”. Press OK. To know more about raster and vector image, click here.
Set the amount as 33.2 pixel.
