STEP 5
Create a new layer by pressing ctrl+shift+N/cmd+shift+N. Rename that layer as “small”.
Decrease the size of the brush. Reduce the opacity to 40%. Apply it on the image. Change the blend mode to “overlay”. I have written a whole tutorial on Blending Modes in Photoshop and you should check out that tutorial if you are not aware of the power of the blending modes.
