Use Color Balance in Photoshop | TrickyPhotoshop

STEP 2

Now close the Color Balance panel by clicking on the x icon at the top of the panel. Now open layer panel by pressing F7 or going to Windows>Layer. Now click on the white rectangular box adjacent to the “Sky” adjustment layer. Once you click on that adjustment layer, it will look like below image.

4

Now grab Brush Tool from the layer panel or press Shift+B again and again until it comes. Make Black as your foreground color.

5

Set the hardness between 30-40% and size as per your requirement.

6

Now we need to hide/mask the area where we do not want the blue tint to be present. As our layer mask is selected and our foreground color is black so if we  paint anywhere on the image, blue tint will be masked on that area. Start brushing on the girl body and the yellow desert. Please note that you probably need to decrease the brush size when you are brushing on the horizon/edges.

7

Once you are done, your image should look like this.
