STEP 14

Now I am going to add Noise. Create a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N/Cmd+Shift+N and rename the layer as noise. First fill the black color. As black is our foreground color, just press Alt+Backspace/Opt+Delete. Now go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise. Set the amount as 3.8%. Press OK.

Change the blend mode to Screen.
