STEP 13
Time to add vignette. Create a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N/Cmd+Shift+N. Rename the layer as vignette.
Now grab Elliptical marquee tool from the tool panel. Draw an ellipse as shown below.
Now invert the selection by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I/Cmd+Shift+I. Now open Refine Edge tool by pressing Ctrl+Alt+R/Cmd+Opt+R. Increase the feather to 25.5 and press OK. Note that the value of feather depends on the dimension of the image.
Now make Black as your foreground color. Now press Alt+Backspace/Opt+Delete to fill the selection with foreground color I.e. black color. Reduce the opacity to 88% and change the blend mode to Overlay.
