STEP 3
As I only want to intensify the highlight of the lips so I am going to use Layer Mask to hide the unwanted areas. Go to Layer>Layer Mask>Hide All. Now a black rectangular box should be created adjacent to “layer 1”.
Now grab the Brush Tool from the tool panel or you can press Shift+B again and again until it comes. Make white as your foreground color.
