STEP 4
Now grab Brush Tool from the tool panel or you can press B as your keyboard shortcut. Make white as your foreground color and also make sure that Layer mask is activated. Start brushing on her skin.
After brushing all over her skin you can examine whether you have left any area/spot or not. You can do this by pressing and holding down Alt/Opt key and click on your Layer mask. The white color will show the area where you have applied your brush and the black area will show the area where you have not applied your brush. Press and hold down Alt/Opt key and click on layer mask to turn it off.
After painting all over her skin your image should look like this.
