Sharpen an image without adding Noise in Photoshop CS6 | TrickyPhotoshop

Hello guys I am Vaibhav and in this tutorial I am going to show you how to sharpen your image without adding noise. Last time I discussed about Channels in Photoshop which is an extremely important tutorial for photographers as well as graphic designers. For this tutorial basically what I am going to do is to use red and green channel to reduce the noise. Then I will use some filters to remove the noise.

STEP 1

If you are working on image with more than one layer then press ctrl+alt+shift+E/cmd+opt+shift+E to create a new layer which shows the superposition of all existing layer. If you are working on one layer document then simply duplicate your layer by pressing ctrl+J/cmd+J. But I am going to demonstrate this tutorial with 1 layer only.
