STEP 2
Now go to Filter>Blur>Surface Blur. This will blur out the image which is required for nice smoothening of skin. The reason I am using surface blur as compared to gaussian blur is because it preserves edges. Set your radius as 25 pixels and threshold as 16 levels. Press OK.
