Create TV Scan Lines in Photoshop | TrickyPhotoshop

STEP 4

Now open the image where to you want to put the scan lines. Create a new layer by going to Layer>New>Layer or you can press Ctrl+Shift+N/Cmd+Shift+N. Rename the new layer as “Pattern”.
