STEP 2
Now zoom in a lot by pressing Ctrl+(+)/Cmd+(+). Grab Brush Tool from the tool panel or you can press Shift+B again and again until it comes. Make black as your foreground color. Decrease the brush size to 1 pixels and set the brush hardness to 100%. Now start brushing as shown below.
