STEP 3: CREATING PLANET
This part is a bit tough. Basically not tough but a little tricky. From the left panel grab the ellipse tool. Or you can press shift+U again and again until it comes.
Now zoom out a lot. To zoom out press ctrl+-(minus)/cmd+-(minus). Then make an ellipse as shown below. As you might have guessed, this would be our planet earth. Note that if you want to move your ellipse tool in the half of your selection then press and hold “spacebar” and move your mouse cursor to move the ellipse tool.
Now double click on the layer thumbnail of the ellipse 1 layer in layer palette and change the color to black.
Now in the layer palette, click on the add layer style. Then click on the inner glow.
Now in the inner glow section, change the blend mode to linear dodge. Increase the opacity to 100%. Increase the size to 65 pixels and increase the range to 64%.
Then click on the color thumbnail to change the color of inner glow. Change the color to #4be0fb.
Now click on the outer glow thumbnail. Change the blend mode to linear dodge. Increase the size to 3pixels.
Change the color to #59b3ff.
Now go to inner shadow tab. Change the blend mode to linear dodge. Turn the global light off. Change the angle to 90 degree. Increase the size to 85 pixels.
Change the color to #3097ff
Now your image should look like this.
