STEP 4
Now press ctrl+shift+I/cmd+shift+I to invert your selection. This will invert your selection.
Now press D to make black as your foreground color. Select gradient from the left panel or you can press shift+G again and again until comes.
Change the mode to foreground to transparent and type to radial gradient.
