STEP 11

Now go to image>image rotation>108^o to rotate your image by 180^o. Once it is rotated press ctrl+F/cmd+F 4 times to apply the wind filter. Now go to image>image rotation>90^o CCW. This will rotate your video by 90^o in counter clockwise direction.
