Hello guys I am Vaibhav and in this tutorial I am going to show you how to create ghostly blurred text with Photoshop CS6. Last time I discussed about Fixing an Underexposed Area in Photoshop Without Disturbing Other Areas in Photoshop which is an extremely tutorial for a photographer. For this tutorial basically what I am going to do is to write a next and then I will add some layer styles to that. After that I will use some filters to achieve the desired look. It’s a simple tutorial and should be completed within minutes.
