STEP 2: ADD NOISE
Now press D to make your foreground color as black and background color as white. Make sure “noise” layer is activated then press alt+backspace/opt+delete to fill the “noise” layer with black. Now go to filter>noise>add noise to add noise.
Set the amount to 100-300% depending upon the size of your photo. Change the distribution to Gaussian. Basically Gaussian distribution adds noise randomly. Also change the mode to “monochromatic”. This will add noise in black and white color.
