I think that the lip shade is tool dark. What we can do is to use Color Balance Adjustment Layer to change the shade of the lips. Go to Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Color Balance and first click on the “Clipping Mask” icon which is encircled with red color in the below screenshot. By turning on this, your settings will only be applied to the layer below it. Make sure that the tone is “Midtones”.
- Increase the Red by +98
- Decrease the Green by 100
- Decrease the Blue by 95
I think that now the lip shade is looking fine.
