STEP 5
Time to add Vignette effect. Create a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N/Cmd+Shift+N. Rename the layer as Vignette.
Grab the Rectangular Marquee Tool from the tool panel or press Shift+M again and again until it comes. Draw a rectangle as shown below.
