STEP 6
Time to duplicate my “swirl” layer. Press Ctrl+J/Cmd+J to duplicate “swirl” layer. You might have noticed that our swirl has become invisible. This is because of Difference blend mode.
Bring the “swirl copy” layer below the “swirl” layer. Right click on the “swirl copy” layer and then click on Create Clipping Mask. Now activate Free Transform tool by pressing Ctrl+T/Cmd+T and adjust its dimension as shown below.
