STEP 6
Now I am going to select the sky. Selecting the sky in this case is bit tricky. First I am going to use marquee tool and then magic wand tool and then elliptical marquee tool. So first select rectangular marquee tool to select the sky. make sure the mode is add to selection in the top panel. Now make a big rectangle just as shown below.
