STEP 4
Create a new layer by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N/Cmd+Shift+N and rename the layer as Noise. Make black as your foreground color and press Alt+Backspace/Opt+Delete to fill the noise layer with black color.
Go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise. Change the amount to 10. Press OK.
Change the blend mode of “noise” layer to Screen.
