STEP 1

The first thing that we need to do is to duplicate our background layer. To do this, press Ctrl+J/Cmd+J and then change the Blend Mode to Overlay.

1

STEP 2:

We need to desaturate the duplicate layer. Press Ctrl+Shift+U/Cmd+Shift+U. Now decrease the opacity of the layer to 50%.

2

STEP 3

Now go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation. Decrease the saturation to -29.

3

STEP 4

Go to Layer>New Adjustment  Layer>Photo Filter. Change the filter to “Warming Filter (85)”. Increase the density to 36%.

4

Again to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Photo Filter. This time choose Underwater filter and increase the density to 10%.

5

STEP 5

Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E/Cmd+Shift+Opt+E to stack all the layer onto a new layer. You will notice a new layer at the top of the layer panel.

6

Now we are going to add a vignette. Go to Filter>Lens Correction. Move to the Custom tab.  Increase the Amount to +52 and increase the Midpoint to +33.

And we are done here.
