STEP 6
In the layer panel click on add layer styles and then click on stroke.
- Set the size as “6” px
- Position as “outside”
- Blend mode to “normal”
- Opacity to “100%”
- Fill type as “color” and change the color to “#00003a”.
Don’t press OK.
Now click on outer glow.
- Blend mode as “screen”.
- Opacity to “100%”.
- Noise to “0%”.
- Color=white
- Technique=softer
- Spread=30%
- Size=20 px
- Contour=Linear
- Jitter=0%
Press OK.
Your are done now.
