STEP 5
In the layer panel you can see a new layer with name “duplicate layer copy”. Activate it by clicking on it. Now in the layer panel click on add adjustment layer and then click on hue/saturation.
First click on “colorize” and then change the hue to 211, saturation to 40. Close the panel. Now click on create clipping mask which is first icon at the bottom of the hue/saturation panel. Now you can see that the color of the left eye has changed to ocean blue color.
