Now I am going to add layer mask to my “white” layer. To do this click on add layer mask at the bottom of the layer panel. Now select gradient from the tool panel. You can also do it by pressing shift+G again and again until it comes. Now change the mode to “foreground to transparent” and type to “radial blur”.
