Now I am going to darken the everything but his face. To do it press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E/Cmd+Opt+Shift+E. Now I am going to duplicate it by pressing Ctrl+J/Cmd+J.

Change the blend mode of Layer 3 copy to Multiply. Your image should look like this.
