STEP 4

Now go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Levels. First click on Create Clipping Mask (which is encircled with red color) and adjust the settings as shown below.

Now press and hold Ctrl/Cmd and click on the layer thumbnail of “Eyes” layer.

This should load a selection.
