STEP 2
Now select ellipse tool from the tool panel or press shift+U again and again until it comes.
In the option panel(upper panel) change the mode to “shape”. fill to “black color”, stroke to “black color” and width as “17 pt”.
Press and hold shift and draw an ellipse as shown below. After drawing, press enter/return. I have written a whole tutorial on Elliptical and Marquee Tool and probably you should check out that tutorial if you are facing any difficulty in this step.
