STEP 8
Make sure that your “text” is activated in layer panel(activated layer appears to be highlighted in layer panel). Now go to filter>stylize>wind.
Press OK if you are getting this type of warning which is shown below. Once you clicked OK you cannot edit your text in future(by edit I mean the spelling, font etc not the style).
Change the method to “wind” and direction id from “from the right”. Press OK.
Apply the wind filter 2 more time. Your image should look like this.
