Now I am going to add noise which will gives the “starry night” effect. I am just going to apply this trick very briefly. Click here if you want to learn this trick on detail. Go to filter>noise>add noise.
Set the distribution to “Gaussian”, Amount to 10% and select the “monochromatic”. Press OK.
