STEP 12

Now create a new layer by pressing ctrl+shift+N/cmd+shift+N. This time I am going to add the rainbow effect to my spiky design. Select gradient from the left panel or press G.

Change the mode to “spectrum” and style to “linear gradient”.

Now apply the gradient as shown in figure.
