Now grab Single Row marquee tool from the tool panel.

Click on first horizontal grid. You don’t have to be too much perfect.

Hold down Shift and then click on all the horizontal grids. Now grab Single Column Marquee Tool and then select all the vertical grids. Now leave Shift.
