With the selection still on, go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue and Saturation. The first thing that we need to do is click on the Colorize box which is encircled with yellow color in the below screenshot.

Now adjust the sliders as per your requirement.

    when i’m hue and saturation whole image colour is changing

      The best way to fix this is by clicking on “Create Clipping Mask” button. Look at the attached image.
