Now we are going to give blue color to her eye. Again we need to create a new layer to perform this action. Go to Layer>New>Layer or press Ctrl+Shift+N/Cmd+Shift+N and rename the newly created layer to “Eye”. Change the blend mode to Soft Light.

Make #61bdf0 as your foreground color.
